  • Are all of your products made in Ireland?  Yes, all of the items for sale on The Irish Gift Market have been lovingly made in Ireland. Many of the products we promote are handmade and from family run companies that have been in business for generations. As a member of the Crafts Council of Ireland we have access to new and exciting Irish designers and studios.

 

  • How much does shipping cost?  Shipping is FREE on all orders within the US and always will be. We also commit to getting your product to your door within 48 hours of placing the order. Our delivery service matches the quality of the products we sell.

 

  • Do you ship worldwide?  At the moment we only ship to North America.  We do hope to ship our products Worldwide in the near future. Although, if you do wish to have an item sent outside the U.S. please send us an email and we will do our best to help.

 

  • How long will my order take to be delivered? We aim to deliver your products to their destination within 48 hours or under. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday / Sunday) may take slightly longer to be processed & delivered, but this is only occasional and you can track your order's status.

 

  • Can I track my order? Yes you can track your order. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed and is on it's way.

 

  • Will my credit card details be secure? Yes, all details are 100% secure. Our Shopping Cart section uses security to encrypt all Credit Card details. Depending on how you choose to pay, your  payments will be processed by either PayPal or Stripe.   • Who stores my credit / debit card details? The only information The Irish Gift Market will see are the last four digits of the credit card and the type of credit card it is (this is standard practice in e-commerce transactions). The rest of the information is securely held by Stripe or PayPal, depending which you choose when you pay for your order at the checkout, The Irish Gift Market does not have access to this information. When you enter your credit card details at checkout the information goes directly to the payment service provider (Stripe or PayPal) and never to the retailer (The Irish Gift Market). The payment service provider takes the payment for the products and then pays over the funds to The Irish Gift Market minus their commission for providing this secure service. 

 

  • What method of payment do you accept?  We use Stripe and PayPal to process credit / debit card payment.  You do not need a PayPal account to place an order with us, having a PayPal account will speed up the checkout process.

 

  • How do you keep my personal information secure? We take your privacy very seriously and treat all your personal information as confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

 

  • Why has my card been declined? We take your personal information and online security very seriously. For protection of both parties cards must be authorized. Occasionally, cards will be declined for a number of reasons please contact your bank for more details.

 

  • Do I need to pay delivery costs for each item in my order? No. Delivery / Shipping costs are FREE on all orders. Our commitment to our valued customers is to offer Free Shipping on all orders and delivery within 48 hours.

 

  • If I order more than one item will they arrive together?  Your order won’t be dispatched until it contains all the items you purchased. However please note that if your order is very large, it may be necessary to send multiple parcels to you and in such instances we cannot guarantee that all parcels will arrive together. We warehouse our products in various locations which allows us to offer such fast delivery. Sometimes if you order multiple products they may come from different warehouses and may be shipped separate. 

 

  • My order has not arrived within the estimated time. what do I do?  Check the status of your order via your unique tracking number.  Bear in mind that during certain seasonal busy periods or events in your area, delivery time may increase. If you still don’t have your order, please contact us.
